These sessions will be of two sessions with a set of career interest questionnaires that the candidate will take in the first session followed by a report which will be shared along with aligned career options. The second follow up session will share a career plan on how to move further on the career path .

This is a coaching programme designed to prepare and guide you step-by-step through your first three months in your new job.

• New Job Coaching is most suitable for people who are taking on a larger role, managing people or who are moving sector. You will probably have received leadership and management coaching before, and will know the value that having an experienced coach as a success partner can give you.

The Career Coach Coaching for Professionals Programme starts by taking our Complete Career Profile Assessment, a multi - point checklist which examines all aspects of your career. We'll also look at how work fits into the rest of your life, and the life you want for yourself in the future. Once we know where you're at, and what you want to work on, we begin the coaching!

Depending on the level of support you want, we will meet face to face or on the telephone /Skype 2, 3 or 4 times a month, usually for 30-40 minutes. During these calls, you'll get clearer about your issues and come away with an action plan to be done in time for the next call. This means that as well as considering the financial investment, you must consider how much time you can invest in making this happen for yourself.
